Hi, I'm Ash, I have 25 years of experience as an Herbal medicine practitioner, I offer grounded, evidence-informed care to women navigating hormonal and reproductive health — from first periods and skin issues to fertility preparation and perimenopause.

My work blends clinical herbalism, iridology and holistic nutrition with a deep respect for each woman’s lived experience. I’m currently studying a Bachelor of Midwifery to further specialise in reproductive and hormonal health from menarche to menopause.

I believe hormonal balance is not just possible — it’s essential. My mission is to help women understand and support their bodies at every life stage, using personalised care that blends tradition with modern insight.
